First workshop we did was for our members of Internal Complaints Committee followed by an awareness session for our Leadership Team. This program was envisaged as routine workshop with an objective to refresh the Provisions, Processes, Procedures to be followed by Members of Internal Complaints Committee in respect to Prevention, Protection and Redressal of Complaints under Sexual Harassment provide updates in the area of Sexual Harassment Law and provide opportunity to the members to interact with the experts in the area and respond to FAQs. The Awareness program for Leadership was organised with an objectives to sensitise the Leadership group about the Law, Impact and the concerns about the sexual Harassment at workplace against women. Facilitation was outstanding, Patanjali Associates led by Mr. Kanti Mohan Rustagi & Mr. S.K.K. Warrier showed the strategic linkage between the Law, Sexual harassment incidences and the Business, importance of critical clauses in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act and Rules 2013 and behaviour patterns which may create renewed performance amongst employees thereby resulting into value creations to Company. The training was very energising, bringing lots of thoughts on the table, with both substantial and in-depth knowledge together with case studies, learning from experience and being fully practice-oriented. Well-balanced composition, which contributed to interesting and focused discussions and exchanges. The programme is great in content. This is excellent. Please keep it up!
